Does anyone know how to access lists of tax lean housing and tax deed property lists?
Can you get this from a government office, a bank…?
The Department of Finance publishes the “tax lien” lists from time to time. Sorry for the mispelling.

I don’t think YOU can–you might be able to get that information from a realtor, but you’d probably have to have a pretty darn good reason why you would be needing it. And you could probably only get it if you were interested enough in a house to put a contract on it…I’m really not sure though.
